Subulastore collaborates with Deutsche Post and DHL.

Due to the limited quantities of certain products, merchandise availability is subject to change.
If an order is placed, and an item is out of stock, we will refund your original payment,
and inform you of the unavailability.

Germany shipping charges = 3 euros
Worldwide shipping charges = 7 euros

Please allow up to 2-3 business days [Mon-Fri] for your order to be processed and shipped,
and an additional 5-7 business days [Mon-Fri] for delivery. In some cases, 2 weeks at the latest.

International orders generally take about 1-2 weeks to deliver.
Allow a bit more time during holidays and times of extreme weather conditions--this can all change delivery time estimates.
